Delivery Time - how long does it take?

UK (big frame) - max 4 working days (normally 2 or 3)
UK (clip frames & photos only) - max 5 working days (normally 2 or 3)
Europe - max 10 working days (normally 5 or 6)
World - max 20 working days (normally 10 or so)

Sometimes these times may extend due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will quickly resolve any enquires regarding delivery.




Costs:

• See the checkout page for final postage
• Multiple items packed together - one lot of postage charged
• Strong packing protects your order
• "Fragile delivery" services are used

Packaging:

• Big frames are packed in 2 lengths of stiffened, double corrugated cardboard
• Provides the protection required to ensure safe delivery
• Clip frames are sent in original polystyrene and outer wrapped
