Faulty Products
If your Photo Typewriter product is faulty please call us on 07949 006939. A full refund of the price of the item will be made as long as the item is received at Photo Typewriter in the same condition as it was received.
Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders are subject to a £10 fee to cover administration costs and labour required to package your product. Postage fees will not be refunded. The refund will be made as long as the item is received at Photo Typewriter in the same condition as it was received.
Responsibility for returning the item is wholly that of the customer, including selection, payment and arrangements for, a suitable courier.
Photo Typewriter will not be held responsible for items arriving damaged and refunds will not be made in this circumstance.
Deliveries:
When making a purchase from www.phototypewriter.com you accept to use the carrier used by Wordography Ltd at that time. Risk of loss for all purchased items passes to you upon acceptance of the delivery by that carrier.
Items should arrive within 3-5 working days in the UK and within 10 days for European countries and 21 days for countries further away.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Every photographic image on this site is the property of Wordography Ltd. (trading as Photo Typewriter) and cannot be re-produced in any way.
Under no circumstances may any image from www.phototypewriter.com be duplicated without prior written permission from Wordography Ltd.
